Alex is an official CPDcast contributor and contributes to the following podcasts:
Alex joined Radcliffe Chambers after a move from St. John’s Chambers in Bristol. His practice centres on the chancery and commercial fields with a particular emphasis on property, real estate, trust and probate matters. His practice encompasses the full extent of real property issues, including landlord and tenant matters, residential disputes, commercial and agricultural covenant work.
Alex has appeared at all levels in relation to property disputes. For example, he was junior counsel in the reported House of Lords case of Bettison v. Langton 1 AC 27, concerning rights of common. Chambers Guide 2008 is full of praise for Alex: '...the ‘hungry, resilient and good on instinct’ Alex Troup shows real promise... His traditionally focused practice brings within its remit probate and property matters’.
