Biography
Andrew Hogarth QC is a leading practitioner in the field of personal injury and employment law. He is recommended as a leading personal injury silk (2003) in the current edition of Chambers and as a leading employment law silk in the current edition of the Legal 500. He is a CEDR-accredited mediator and mediates in employment law and personal injury cases. Andrew Hogarth QC has been Head of Chambers at 12 King’s Bench Walk since 2005. He sits as a part-time Employment Tribunal Chairman.
He has appeared in many of the leading cases on stress at work, including the Hatton, Barber and Hartman cases.
