Biography
Andrew Taggart is a solicitor-advocate and an employment partner at Herbert Smith LLP. Andrew's work has a large European dimension and he co-authors the UK section of the European employment law textbook Arbeitsrecht in Europa. He represented parties in the £7.4bn takeover by Pernod Ricard of Allied Domecq and regularly represents Transport for London and London Underground in Employment matters.
