Angus has a common law practice, acting for both claimants and defendants, but mostly for the latter (and their insurers where applicable).
He has experience in claims involving accountants, architects, barristers, doctors, engineers, financial advisors, insurance brokers, solicitors, surveyors, teachers and valuers. He acts for a number of local authorities nationwide, primarily in personal injury, stress/bullying at work, regulatory and education claims. He has considerable advocacy experience in courtrooms from the County Court to the Court of Appeal, and in the regulatory field before the ACCA, RICS, the Jockey Club/HRA and the GMC. He is a member of the PNBA, PIBA and the Common Law & Commercial Bar Association.
He won the Sir Louis Gluckstein Prize for Advocacy whilst a pupil in Lincoln's Inn.
