Biography
Practising in all areas of the Law of Real Property with an emphasis on Landlord and Tenant. Reported cases include Oakfern Properties v. Ruddy; Webber v. Railtrack; Jones v. Morgan. Joint author (with Ian Travers) of Distress for Rent (Jordans 2000). Author of a variety of articles in professional and academic journals. Former lecturer in the Law of Real Property and in Constitutional Law, University of Durham.
