Biography

Bridget is a partner in Hunton and Williams' Global Sourcing and Privacy practices. Her practice places particular emphasis on privacy and data protection and she has gained extensive knowledge of cross-border transfers and the strategic use of personal data. She also deals with issues of global data privacy and data management compliance programmes.
Bridget is one of the few UK lawyers with deep experience of advising on EU data protection issues and on EU issues arising from US data breach notifications. She also has wide-ranging experience of advising on outsourcing agreements, strategic alliances, shared services arrangements and technology licensing.
