Biography
Clive H. Jones was called to the Bar in 1981. Over the last few years he has been heavily involved with the liquidation of RBG Resources Plc involving almost all aspects of insolvency but with particular emphasis upon litigation against directors including leading authority upon s.236 examinations and a summary judgement for over US$300 million.
