Biography
Frances has a broad-based Chancery practice covering the entire range of Chancery and commercial work, with emphasis on property, probate, consumer credit and mortgages. She regularly appears in the County Court and the High Court, and has represented clients in the Court of Appeal.
She is a member of the Chancery Bar Association, Property Bar Association, Charity Law Association and an associate member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
