Biography
Fraser Younson was called to the Bar in 1976 and became a solicitor 11 years later. He is a partner in Berwin Leighton Paisner where he is head of their Employment Incentives and Pensions Group. Fraser is a CEDR accredited mediator and recommended as a leading practitioner by both Chambers & Partners Directory and Legal 500.
Fraser is a former Chairman of the Employment Lawyers Association and has been published widely, including contributions to Employment Law and Business Transfers - A Practical Guide and the Employment Law Handbook.
His practice centres on employment law, including, senior executive severance, discrimination prevention and unfair dismissal, restrictive covenants, High Court employment contract litigation, redundancy and restructuring, data protection and employee privacy.
