Biography
George Hepburne Scott specialises in all aspects of the Extradition Act 2003, and regularly appears at the High court and Westminster Magistrates' Court in Extradition proceedings. He has particular expertise in the areas of abuse of process, disclosure and passage of time and regularly lectures to solicitors on these and other Extradition topics. George is often involved in serious cases involving both category 1 and category 2 territories.
