Biography
Gillian Fairfield is a corporate finance specialist, with a great deal of experience of public takeover bids, M&A and market floatations. She acted on the QinetiQ IPO which attracted a great deal of attention from the press. Gillian has advised an array of other high-profile clients including companies such as arrive, Rothschild, British American Tobacco, Pearson, Lazard and Morgan Stanley. In addition, she heads the firm's consumer sector group.
