Biography
Graham’s practice covers all direct taxes and value added tax, but in particular corporate tax. He has extensive experience of mergers and acquisitions, privatisations and securitisations.
Graham is a member of the Law Society's Tax Law Committee and its International Tax Sub-Committee. He is the Contributing Editor to the Global Legal Group’s annual International Comparative Legal Guide to Corporate Tax. He is also named as a leading individual in the Tax sections of both Chambers Europe and Chambers UK 2010 editons.
