Biography
James specialises in clinical negligence, personal injury, police law, professional negligence, contract, public and regulatory and landlord and tenant. He is a member of the Personal Injury Bar Association, the Professional Negligence Bar Association and the Travel and Tourism Lawyers' Association. Between October 2004 and April 2005 he worked as a Judicial Assistant to the Court of Appeal.
