Biography
Jeremy specialises in Partnerships and LLPs advising broadly on both contentious and non-contentious matters. He regularly appears in Court and Arbitrations as well as mediations. He advises many solicitors firms (large and small), accountancy practices, GPs and a host of others. His practice also covers general business and property disputes.
The Legal 500 2007 describes Jeremy as “very bright” and “excellent with clients” with whom he “inspires a great deal of confidence” and praises him for “never failing to meet a deadline” and The Chambers & Partners Guide to the Legal Profession 2008 describes him as being “energetic and effective” praising his “user-friendly manner”. He was called to the Bar in 1991 and is the Astbury Scholar and Lechmere Prize Winner of the Middle Temple. Jeremy has lectured and written widely and trained many of leading firms of solicitors. He is the former European and UK (Observer Mace) Debating Champion.
Beyond work, Jeremy organises events in support of a charity working with children with disability and their families, and tries to spend as much time as possible with his wife and three small children.
