Biography
Jessica Mance is a barrister at Essex Court Chambers. She has an expansive and energetic commercial practice, in particular in the areas of insurance and re-insurance, corporate and company law and practice and all aspects of civil procedure. She typically represents clients in the Commercial Court and in the Chancery Division of the High Court or in international commercial arbitrations, and she has also qualified for the New York Bar.
In addition, Jessica edits and contributes to a number of legal texts, including Buckley on the Companies Acts, Butterworths Corporate Law Service and The Practice and Procedure of the Commercial Court and legal press and subscription materials.
