Biography
John Walsh is a barrister at Doughty Street Chambers and is a specialist practitioner in prison and immigration law. He has been a listed junior in Chambers & Partners for many years and has acted as counsel before the European Court of Justice and numerous higher courts and tribunals. He is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association and has been reported in various cases including R v Secretary of State for the Home Department ex parte Yennin [1995] and Theophilius v London Borough of Lewisham [2002].
