Biography
Jonathan has been in practice as a barrister for 17 years. He specialises in family law and in particular matrimonial finance and provision under Schedule 1 to the Children Act 1989. He continues to act in divorce cases especially those with large resources and with an International dimension.
He has been involved in a number of the most important cases under Schedule 1 Children Act and has written articles on the subject. Although his practice is based in London and the South East of England he often undertakes cases in the Midlands/ the North of England and Wales.
