Kerry Underwood is partner and founder of Underwoods. Kerry is a former employment judge specialising in personal injury, employment, licensing and civil and commercial litigation. Kerry is an expert on Legal Services Act and conditional fees. Kerry is also a lecturer and author of “Fixed Costs” and “No Win No Fee No Worries” and an advisor to the Civil Justice Council re: Fixed Costs.
