Biography
Mark Warby QC has acted for and against Internet organisations such as AOL and Google, major broadcasters and all of the national newspaper groups, and is considered a leading silk in entertainment, media and sports law. His main areas of practice are privacy, data protection, defamation and sports discipline. Mark frequently speaks on these matters and as well as being lead author of two key chapters in The Law of Privacy and The Media (OUP, 2002), he is a member of the British Association for Sport and the Law and the Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers.
