Biography
Mark is Head of Weightmans' London office. He works in the public sector team, where he handles a variety of high value and complex cases against local authorities, police and other public bodies.
As well as being the co-editor on Emergency Services Liability of Morrell and Whittaker, Mark is also a contributor to Morrell and Foster on Local Authority Liability.
