Biography
Matthew Chapman has, for several years, been recommended by Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 for his Travel law/Consumer Law expertise. Matthew's specialist areas of practice comprise travel/holiday matters (all claims and recovery proceedings with a cross border element) and personal injury (with particular emphasis on employers' liability matters).
In 2005 Matthew was appointed to act as Conciliator for the Passenger Shipping Association Conciliation Scheme. He is a member of the Midlands Circuit, PIBA, PNBA and LCLCBA and is the Treasurer of TATLA. Matthew lectures widely and writes in his core practice areas.
