Biography
Matthew Nicklin is described by the most recent issue of Chambers and Partners (2007-2008) as a 'hugely gifted junior at a set of many talented juniors' and he is also highly praised by the Legal 500 (2007-2008). He was named Defamation Junior Barrister of the Year in the 2007 Chambers & Partners Bar Awards.
Matthew has represented most national television companies and newspapers in many high profile cases, and has a mixed practice of both claimant and defendant work. He also regularly gives talks on defamation, privacy and media law as well as participating on BBC Radio 4's 'Law in Action' regarding media law.
