Biography
Matthew Smith was called to the Bar in 2001 with a First Class MA from Cambridge. In addition to the commercial and chancery elements of his practice, Matthew has a particular interest in charity and trust disputes. Chambers and Partners states that he is ‘lauded for his exceptionally well-informed approach to his cases’.
Matthew is a member of COMBAR, ChBA and the Charity Bar Association and, in March 2007, was appointed as Junior Counsel to the Crown, C Panel.
