Biography
Paul Farmer has specialist expertise in direct and indirect tax arenas with a particular emphasis on European Community tax law. He is a partner equivalent in Dorsey and Whitney's Tax Litigation group. Mr Farmer is a member of both the Revenue Bar Association and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and while he has a broad knowledge of EU law, he also has experience in matters of VAT.
