Biography
Peter is responsible for FFW's long established and highly regarded travel industry practice. Along with a senior partner, now retired, he was co-author of the first UK legal text book on Package Holiday Law and Contracts. He acts for a wide variety of tour operators, travel agents, their insurers and travel trade associations. The latter include ABTA - Peter acted for ABTA in its Judicial Review proceedings with the CAA over the meaning of "Package", probably the most important case for the travel industry since Europe first devised the Package Travel Directive.
