Biography
Rachel Barnes is a dual qualified English barrister and US attorney at 3 Raymond Buildings. Rachel is a criminal barrister with a particular interest in commercial crime, asset confiscation, corruption, sanctions-busting, restraint proceedings and criminal cases with public law or international dimensions. In addition to full time practice, Rachel is a Visiting Lecturer at the London School of Economics and a consultant editor of the Lloyd’s Law Reports: Financial Crime.
