Biography
Rebecca is a partner at Slaughters and advises on a broad range of corporate, corporate finance and restructuring matters. Her practice consists principally of advising corporate clients on domestic and international corporate finance and M&A transactions, including public takeovers, private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and equity issues. She also advises generally on day-to-day company law and corporate governance matters.
Rebecca is a contributing author to 'Annotated Companies Acts'.
