Biography
Richard trained at Travers Smith, qualifying in 1998, and became a partner in the Employment department in 2006. Richard's practice encompasses both contentious and non-contentious employment, particularly: whistleblowing, board level disputes, discrimination, the Transfer of Undertakings Regulations, collective consultation and the employment-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions and insolvencies.
Richard is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association and the Employment Lawyers Association.
