Biography
Rob Hailstone began his conveyancing career in Bristol in 1974. He worked for sixteen years with a traditional family law practice building good working relationships with many work providers, especially Estate Agents. In 1990 Rob moved to Exeter and opened a new office, establishing himself as an approachable, reliable, professional conveyancer. In 2000 he was asked, once again, to open another office, in Bovey Tracey, Devon. Over the course of four years he helped build another successful practice. In 2004 Rob saw the opportunities that Home Information Packs could bring to the High Street lawyer and independent Estate Agent. With over 10,000 completed transactions to his name he set up Hipag, the Home Information Pack Action Group. Hipag is now a national Hip provider fully supported by legal stationers and office suppliers Oyez Straker. Rob is an acknowledged expert (and regular speaker) on The Housing Act 2004 and the subsequent Regulations.
