Dr Gaitskell is a practising Queen’s Counsel in Keating Chambers and acts regularly as an Arbitrator, Mediator, Dispute Board Member, Adjudicator and Expert Determinator in energy disputes.
Dr Gaitskell is also a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET), and a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (FIMechE). He is a former Vice-President of the Europe’s largest professional engineering body, the Institution of Engineering and Technology and sits as a part-time Judge in the Technology & Construction Court.
