Biography
Robert's expertise lies in all personal injury and clinical negligence work with particular focus on: high value brain injury and spinal injury cases including cerebral palsy cases, brain injury cases involving the official solicitor, paraplegic and tetraplegic cases; complex litigation involving miscellaneous points of law; air and sea accidents and cases involving jurisdictional issues; fatal accident litigation and coroner’s inquest work; human rights issues.
Robert was awarded the Chambers Bar Awards Personal Injury Junior Barrister of the Year 2007.
