Biography
Roger a partner and Band 2 specialist in matters of retail financial services law, including retail banking, consumer credit, data protection and e-commerce matters; advises on all related legal and regulatory matters, principally covering products, advertising and marketing and business development and operations, commercial contracts, business start-ups, business and loan portfolio sales and acquisitions and cross-border and industry issues. Roger has served on the Legal Advisory Panels of the Council of Mortgage Lenders and British Bankers' Association.
Highlights of Roger's career include:
- Acting for High Street banks in the outsourcing of global card processing, mortgage processing and offshore banking.
- Advising a number of High Street banks on the impact of the Payment Services Directive Advising various clients on significant FSA interventions
