Biography
Rosalind Coe is well-known for her expertise an all areas of personal injury, though there are two specialist areas in which she is increasingly principally instructed by both claimants and defendants – industrial disease and clinical negligence. Rosalind has had extensive experience of cases involving VWF/HAVS, asbestos-related disease, deafness and WRULD.
Rosalind is also widely recognised as a leading practitioner in the high profile group litigation actions associated with cases involving historic abuse in local authority children’s homes as well as with the cases themselves.
