Ruth's recent experience includes cross-border insolvency in the High Court, misrepresentation, tax planning, probate, family provision, advising in contentious trust litigation in Jersey, and litigation relating to a Freezing Injunction.
Ruth teaches company law on the Bar Vocational Course and has contributed to the Trust Quarterly Review.
Ruth was closely involved with the preparation of Thorner v Majors [2009] UKHL 18 for the House of Lords. She is a member of the Chancery Bar Association.
She is also a regular contributor to STEP's Trust Quarterly Review and an Assistant Editor on the Elder Law Journal published by Jordans.
