Biography
Simon Nesbitt is a partner (2003) in Lovells' International Arbitration Group. He speaks fluent English, French and Italian and is admitted as a solicitor-advocate in England and an avocat in France. Simon has acted on international arbitrations under all of the major institutional rules as well as on ad hoc arbitrations.
Simon has published a number of articles on arbitration-related topics and speaks regularly at international conferences. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
