Biography
Simon’s practice covers all aspects of financial crime, including tax fraud, price fixing / cartel cases and corruption. He advises individuals and companies in relation to investigations and has recently been advising in relation to the inquiry into corruption in Premiership Football.
He is ranked as a leading junior in criminal fraud in Chambers and Partners (2008). He lectures regularly on the subjects of money laundering, asset recovery and other regulatory / disciplinary matters.
