Biography
Spencer has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law. He has appeared regularly in both the employment tribunal and the EAT. He also provides pre-litigation and preventative advice and assistance to HR managers in the industry. Spencer has both advised on and drafted a broad range of HR policies and is recommended for his pragmatic approach. He often attends internal disciplinary or grievance hearings and provides in-house training to management on equal opportunities law and their obligations.
