Biography
Stephen Cragg is a specialist in the areas of public law in social welfare and human rights. His practice particularly focuses on the criminal justice system, social services and health law. Stephen is also the co-author of the Legal Action Group publication Police Misconduct: Legal Remedies (4th edition).
Stephen is also a consultant editor for the UK Human Rights Reports, and legal update editor for the Community Care Law Reports. He is currently a writer of a weekly column for The Times on new legislation and any recent legal developments that might be of interest to public sector employees.
In December 2008, Stephen was featured as The Times' Lawyer of the Week.
