Biography

Prior to being called in 2005, Tamsin Cox studied at New College, Oxford and finished in the top 10% of her BVC year at the Inns of Court School of Law. Her practice encompasses all areas of residential and commercial landlord and tenant law, in addition to real property law. More recently, Tamsin appeared in the Court of Appeal in the case of Graves v Graves [2007] EWCA Civ 660 which examined the position of an assured shorthold tenancy agreement when housing benefit was not payable.
