Biography
Timothy Scott QC became a silk in 1995, and has specialised in family law for over 20 years. The core of his practice is ancillary relief, but he has a particular interest in jurisdictional disputes and stays, recognition of foreign marriages and divorces, offshore trusts and international child abduction. He lectures on all these topics.
Timothy is a fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the chair of the FLBA sub-committee on international law.
