Biography
Wendy Outhwaite has a broad public and common-law practice but has made a particular name for herself in public law cases such as Badger v MOD, United Utilities v Environment Agency amongst others. She contributes to Burnett-Hall on Environmental Law, Butterworths Civil Court Precedents and co-authors The Civil Practitioner's Guide to the Human Rights Act 1998.
We congratulate Wendy on her recent appointment to Queen's Counsel in spring 2009.
