This podcast is aimed at those with an interest in the legal and regulatory issues around the telecoms industry. It aims to set out the current regulatory themes emerging from the proposed roll out of a new frequency of radio spectrum which will allow telecom operators to offer 4G services to personal computers, television, phones and other mobile devices.
This podcast is about the legal issues that are arising from the upgrading of telecoms equipment in the UK from 3G to the new 4G capability.
