This CPDcast provides a practical guide of the most important factors that any high net worth individual and their advisers should consider when planning their move to the UK. Part one of this CPDcast discusses the immigration rules governing individuals and provides an overview of the tax position for high net worth migrants. Part two of this series addresses the tax position of high net worth migrants in the UK in more depth and gives an experienced insight into other points which advisers may not have considered.
