This two-part podcast series aims to explore some of the latest developments in solicitors’ costs and funding. It will take a detailed look at the proposals to abolish recoverability of success fees and after the event insurance premiums. It will also consider proposals to introduce qualified one way costs shifting and the potential implications of these changes for clients and practitioners.
