This podcast aims to examine the defence of ‘adequate procedures’ which may be available to commercial organisations who are prosecuted for failing to prevent bribery. It will look at what adequate procedures are, why they are important and the guidance we have on what is likely to amount to ‘adequate procedures’.

Outcomes:
