This podcast is suitable for family practitioners and those with an interest in children’s law. It aims to update listeners with recent developments in the procedure and criteria for placing children for adoption with parents within the UK

It looks at the issues surrounding concurrency planning, continuing contact with the birth family, timetabling the placement order and ending with a discussion of the revocation of a placement order.
