Course Aims:

This CPDcast aims to introduce practitioners to a range of issues relating to age discrimination, employers and their workforce and insurance matters. It covers numerous topics including: the ageing workforce in the UK; recent age discrimination cases concerning employers insurance; the Equality Act 2010 and recently added provisions; and practical tips on how to handle insurance matters and age discrimination in the future.
