This course provides a broad and detailed analysis of the law relating to agency work and recent decisions which impact in this area. It is suitable for all levels of practitioners.

Outcomes:
After completing the course you will:
  • Understand the key differences between legal rights of agency workers and non-agency workers;
  • Be familiar with the important recent decisions on the rights of agency workers and the circumstances where a contract can be implied between an end user and an agency worker;
