This podcast aims to provide an overview of recent activities in the IP & IT legal sectors. The podcast provides practitioners with an update on: the dispute between Topshop & Rihanna; the decision of the Court of Appeal in a case concerning patentability of computer programs; a case at the CJEU concerning transfer and distribution of images; the High Court decision in relation to the Innocent logo; a case on screen scraping at the CJEU; and some discussion of Max Moseley’s ongoing fight to protect his privacy.
