This podcast aims to inform the listener about the stages the parties go through when buying a company or business. The speaker will discuss preliminary negotiations, the due diligence process, protections the parties may want to include in the form of warranties, indemnities and the disclosure letter and the main elements of the acquisition agreement.

Outcomes:
